Virtual Tour Questions:
What type of virtual tours do you offer?
Currently we offer Property Panorama, though also can offer VisualTour if you have an account, as well as a number of others.
How long will it take to get the tour up?
After shooting the tour (which takes about one hour), we load the tour and you have full access within 24-48 hours.
What is the price for your tours?
Our prices are very reasonable and competitive. Please contact envsionpix@hotmail.com for a price sheet.
What does the price include?
The basic price includes: shooting the house for virtual tours and stills, uploading the tour to Realtor.com, MLS, and your agency website, and sending you a link to the tour. Other packages include printing flyers, and burning cds for open houses and to give to your clients, and entering the listing in Craig's list, as well as social network sites. Do I have to use the tours immediately?
No! You have one year to schedule a virtual tour from the time you bought the tours. If you have a number of tours to do in the future, you may want to think of buying in bulk for our discount packages (either 5 or 10 tour options).
My budget doesn't include a virtual tour, how can I afford it?
The answer is very simple; for one week don't advertise in regular print to save on money and instead buy a virtual tour. You'll get a product that has a strong impact and stays online until your closing.
Are virtual tours only for high end properties?
No! Virtual tours can be used for all sorts of properties; ones that have unique features, ones that are staged well, small properties, locations that are out of the way, ones that may be a draw to out of town people; in short, all sorts of properties are well suited to virtual tours.

We have designed this company to offer affordable photographic solutions, with no startup fees and no commitment to an account. Our photographers are experienced (both in photography and what the consumer is looking for) and get your tour online within 24-48 hours.

Because the lead photographer is also a licensed real etsate agent, our company has a unique eye as to what appeals to the online consume. This sets us apart from somone who is only a photographer who does not understand today's buyer.
Still Photography Questions:
What if I just want stills for my listings?
Unliimited stills are included in the virtual tour, but if you want only stills, those can be purchased separately. As well, seasonal shots are available.
Do you shoot for magazines as well as online?
