Consult with agent as to presentation/staging, take virtual tour shots (up to 16 scenes), take stills (unlimited), put together virtual tour, upload tour to intouchtours.com, link to envisionpix.com, link with Realtor.com, link to MLS, link to agent’s website, send link to agent.  (These tours usually take about 24-48 hours to be live).

$600 for the five tour package

Buy a 4 tour package and get the 5th one free! Includes everything that you get with the basic tour package with free stills to put on the MLS and for flyers. And tours valid for one year!

$1200 for the ten tour package

Buy an 8 tour package and get 2 free! Includes everything that you get with the basic tour package with free stills to put on the MLS and for flyers. And tours valid for one year! Plus 5 cds burned of virtual tour to be given away.

$25 for re-shoots
