Consult with seller as to presentation/staging, take visual tour shots, put together visual tour, upload tour to visualtour.com, link with yahoo, link with homeseekers, link with realtor.com, send to craigslist, link to MLS, link to agent’s website, send link to agent

Maintain all uploaded pics/visual tour weekly, send out statistics to seller and realtor each week, burn cds as necessary (for open house, etc) until closing

Take regular shots, pick 8 best, send pictures to agent.
